Our motto at  Brooks Memorial Chapel is “Providing Professional Service with Personal Care.” At Brooks Memorial Chapel we want to serve our families in a professional manner but with a personal touch. We try to relate with our families as much as possible and try to help them relax some, despite the terrible task their facing. All while keeping our eyes on the real goal and that is to give their loved one a proper funeral service.

​I don’t necessary want to change the game but change the experience for the families by improving what they’re use to. To change their perspective while being tentative to their needs in a timely manner and letting them know that they are not alone.

​I try to cater to their wants and needs (within reason), I let them know it isn’t just about the money, me and my staff are genuinely here for you during your time of need. That is why I give my families a lot of extras to show we love and appreciate them."
